Start the tour in midtown Manhattan heading north to the Bronx, one of the five boroughs of New York City and home of the famous baseball team, the NY Yankees, where you’ll see Yankee Stadium. Continue through the borough to South Bronx, the birthplace of hip-hop music and culture and an area also famous for gangs, graffiti, and break-dancing from the 70's and 80's.
Also in the Bronx, visit Fort Apache, the famous police station from the 70's with high crime levels and where the movie “Fort Apache, The Bronx” starring Paul Newman was filmed.
Continue to Queens, also known as the "melting pot" of New York for being the most multicultural borough. Cross the Whitestone Bridge and see the beautiful mansions of one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Queens.
Continue to Flushing Meadows Corona Park, created for the world fairs of 1939-1940 and 1964-1965. Also known as the "fairgrounds", it was featured it the film "Men in Black" starring Will Smith with the World Globe (The Unisphere) and the sci-fi shaped metal structure (New York State Pavilion) in its center. The park also includes the tennis courts, stadium, and headquarters of the US Open as well as Mets Stadium (Citi Field) and the Queens Museum.
Drive through multicultural neighborhoods in Queens, from Latin American communities to the neighborhood known as Little India.
Leave Queens and enter the most populated borough of NYC, Brooklyn, a borough famous for its 19th century architecture, majestic bridges, and colonial history. Visit the famous neighborhood of Williamsburg and observe the businesses, synagogues, and daily life of the Orthodox Jews. Then, continue to another old neighborhood of Brooklyn, Bushwick, known for its growing artistic community. Stop to take pictures of the graffiti murals made by artists from around the world.
Crossing from Brooklyn on one of the most famous bridges in the world, enjoy the best views of New York City. The tour ends at the ROW NYC hotel.
