Itinerary

You'll be picked up in New York City in the morning from the departure point and make our way through New Jersey and on to Pennsylvania.
We'll first visit Philadelphia, PA, where we'll make our way to Independence Park, home of iconic landmarks such as the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.
After a tour of other areas of the city, we will journey to Lancaster County, PA, home of Amish Country.
We will take an authentic buggy ride through Amish farm country and learn how they live without the benefit of modern technology, no electricity, running water, telephone service, or appliances.
At the end of the day, we will return to the departure points for drop off. See "Departure and Return Details" for more information.

Independence Hall - Built 1753, it's where both the United States Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were debated and ultimately adopted.
The Liberty Bell - An iconic symbol of American independence, The bell first cracked when rung after its arrival in Philadelphia, and was twice recast by local workmen John Pass and John Stow, whose last names appear on the bell.
Independence National Historical Park - A national park that preserves several sites associated with the American Revolution and the nation's founding history. The park has been nicknamed "America's most historic square mile" because of its abundance of historic landmarks.
Lancaster- Amish Country - The Amish are a group of traditionalist Christian church fellowships with Swiss Anabaptist origins. The Amish are known for simple living, plain dress, and reluctance to adopt many conveniences of modern technology.
